From 6th September to 7th September 2021 IT in universities at the time of coronavirus

EUNIS-CZ 2021 The Main conference, in Špindlerův Mlýn

Harmony Club Hotel, Spindleruv Mlyn, www.harmonyclub.cz

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (Czech)

The aim of the conference is to follow up on regular meetings of employees, especially in the field of IT, who deal with the creation and deployment of IS at universities. Last year, on the one hand, interrupted these meetings, on the other hand, set IT staff very specific tasks that needed to be solved quickly, preferably immediately.

The provision of teaching became a crucial task. Some schools had the recording of lectures introduced in previous years, but the decisive factor for scheduled events with registered students was to create a video conference, usually with the option to record the meeting. However, not all teachers agreed with the recording. It was also necessary to address the organizational aspect, not just the technical one. Organizational and technical matters were and are also remotely performed examinations, especially the resolution of legal aspects of state and other examinations, if it would be necessary to perform them remotely.

Within the conference, there should be an exchange of information on how the individual universities managed this issue, what was the support of the tools used, how the teaching was organized in particular, and the necessary meetings to ensure the operation of the university. The conference is intended primarily for university staff in the field of IT infrastructure management, management and administrative staff. Participating companies will have the opportunity to present their solutions.
