From 27th to 28th May 2019 Information systems for support of project management at universities
Harmony Club Hotel, Špindlerův Mlýn, www.harmonyclub.cz
Every university has been involved in some projects in the past several years, whose financial contribution to the university workplace is significant. Projects are different from different providers, universities are the closest provider to the MEYS. In general, projects have different rules, different reporting methods, and different ways of involving workers in their solutions, even from the same provider, and they are still changing from year to year.
Without IS support, the reporting of the project can not be managed. This is primarily a task for economic systems, and each university must have and has this support. What is starting to be problematic is a good planning of resources, especially human resources, and their management in an otherwise liner management system (part-time work, work for other schools).
The conference should provide an exchange of information on how the issue is addressed in individual schools. The conference is aimed in particular at university staff in the field of IT infrastructure management, management and administration. Participating companies will have the opportunity to present their solutions.
